All the students of PIBM will study under the guidelines of well structured syllabuses, Course outlines, and methodology of delivery, evaluation criteria and recommended reading which have been documented for student guidance and reference. Students are educated in detail on the above prior to commencement of any batch.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Each student who is interested to follow any programme will only be enrolled based on an initial assessment of the suitability by the Manager Students Affairs and then by the Director of Education. At the final assessment details will be looked into to assess the suitability. This assessment includes an oral interview, verification of prior academic and career achievement depending on the programme that any student is interested in. Further, the long term career and professional interest of every potential student is established prior to enrolments. Proper guidance will therefore, be provided for any student to select the most appropriate study programme. (specific entry requirements for different programs are indicated under PIBM courses section)

A minimum number of students will only be included in a batch for any programme to ensure that adequate personal attention is given to all the students. If any student requires additional guidance that will be identified at the final assessment and selection interview. This information is always conveyed to resource personnel for more personal attention for those who require. In addition special support is given after scheduled lecture hours and on extra days specially to guide them on assignments, presentations etc. All the students are exposed to special sessions to train them on how to face an examination.
